Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
All shipping costs unless specified otherwise are charged to the customer.
All shipping is done via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service for deliveries Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday, will be processed on the following Monday.
All sale items are shipped 7-10 days after your order is placed and processed. Battery Packs can take upwards of 20 business days before shipping. You will be notified of ship date when we ship.
If you need your items by a specific date you MUST make us aware of this in the comments section upon check out. We will make every effort to meet those specific requests and will notify you of progress.
If there is an error in the shipping cost because of rate adjustments from the Carrier or incorrect address input we will notify you of the shipping charge change and invoice the additional charge if any to you separate from your order.
All orders over $500 in value will require an adult signature confirmation.
International Orders may ship by, UPS Worldwide, Fed EX, US Postal International, and a variety of Sea Freight methods. Customer is responsible for all import, brokerage, VAT and taxes imposed by their country of import. Any charges that are not paid and reverted back to Explorer Technology LLC will be charged to the customer at 1.5x the rate imposed. NO EXCEPTION.
Do not ask us to ship your order with an invoice of a lower value. We won't do it.
Delivery to the shipping carrier constitutes full transfer of product from Explorer Technology LLC to the customer. (That means once a carrier has picked up it is out of our hands you own it.) Any claims for undelivered or lost packages are to be handled between the customer and the shipping carrier.
Security of Delivery: If you do not have a secure area for delivery please note that at check out and we will require a signature delivery. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED.
